I have sensitive skin can I wear your jewelry?
Yes. 99.9% of people have no sensitivity to gold filled jewelry. If you don't have a sensitivity to solids gold, you shouldn't have any issues with god filled either.

Can gold filled jewelry get wet?

Gold-filled jewelry is hypoallergenic, which is ideal for those of you who have sensitive skin.

I lost my earring, can I buy a single one?
It happens to the best of us. We sell many of our earrings as singles, so you can easily replenish your pair. If the earring you lost is sold as a pair, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you!

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
We’ve got your back here at Sapere!
While we’re confident in the quality of our jewelry, we realize that things can happen, and we want you to be covered just in case. That’s why we offer a limited warranty on all of our
pieces for a full year from the date of purchase. If your jewelry gets damaged or broken, reach out to us right away and we will either fix or replace it, at our discretion, free-of-charge.
Our warranty covers damage to the workmanship of our jewelry, including broken clasps and jump rings. Damage that occurs through normal wear and tear (broken chains, fading, scratches, damage caused by improper use or storage, or other damage deemed a normal wear and tear occurrence), is not covered by our warranty.

Do you cover custom fees? 
No, for our International buyers if there are any custom fees, you are responsible for paying it. 

How long will it take for my items to ship?
Items typically ship within 2-4 days from when you place your order.
